Today in class we were playing with lights. I was excited to find a fan and work with a red background. The challenge was to balance the red without bringing out the red in her face. I’m very happy with the outcome.
This process was DIFFICULT! Getting the balance right is hard and I struggled. I ended up dramatically changing the color and emphasizing it to have it stand out from the background. I really enjoyed photgraphing this. It looks like water to me and I love the idea of the light melting the blues into water.
